Event Description
The Guitar Class will be held on Wednesdays: February 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 and March 7, 2012 from 6:30PM to 8PM. This 6 session class is offered 3 times per year to all ages and levels. The group class builds basic hand strengths needed to play a guitar, with emphasis on learning to play by ear and with others by understanding basic music Theory. Work on building a chord vocabulary and improving methods of study at all levels. Students must bring their own acoustic, electric guitar, or bass and a recording of one song or their choice to analyze and learn to play using the principles taught in the class.
