DESCRIPTION:Espresso\, henna\, food\, and live music?  It?s time again for Street Level?s FREE UW-Stout Block Party!  This year?s showcase includes local and Minneapolis-based bands Marah in the Mainsail (punk-grass)\, Harbor and Home (indie rock)\, The Dust of Men (southern folk)\, Apollos (Ambient rock)\, and more. Need a kick for the show?  Pick up an espresso drink or soda from the Blind Munchies Mobile Coffeehouse.  Lunch and dinner\, along with a variety of sides and dessert will also be for sale throughout the festival.  Between shows\, get a henna tattoo or join in outdoor games for a chance to win great prizes.  Imported items from the Philippines and India as well as band merchandise will be available for purchase. This event is broadcasted live over Street Level's own Burning Dog Radio - 101.7 FM.
