2026 Chamber Luncheon - Leadership

Leadership is not limited to a title. It shows up in how people communicate, take ownership, support one another and prepare others to step into greater responsibility.

The November Chamber Luncheon will focus on the practical ways leaders can strengthen their teams while developing the people who will help move their organizations forward.

Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of how to:
 

• Develop future leaders by using coaching and mentorship to help employees build confidence and take on greater responsibility.
• Bring different strengths together to create stronger working relationships and more effective teams.
• Prepare teams for change and growth by building ownership, adaptability and shared responsibility.
• Support leadership at every level by creating opportunities for employees to contribute, grow and lead from where they are.

The focus is on leadership practices that can be brought back to the workplace and applied across teams, roles and experience levels.

The Chamber Luncheon takes place November 19 from 11:15 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Bill’s Distributing. Jeff Sullivan, Executive Dean of Integrated Technologies and Workforce Solutions at Chippewa Valley Technical College, will serve as the keynote speaker. Registration is $40 for Chamber member employees and $50 for the general public and includes lunch.
