An Evening with Robert Sweetgall

Back by popular demand! Red Cedar Medical Center and Wellness ROCKS are proud to bring Robert Sweetgall, national walking guru back to Menomonie. Sweetgall, often called 'the real' Forrest Gump because he has walked across America seven times, is the only person to have walked all 50 states, a total of 11,208 miles in 365 consecutive days.
'An Evening with Robert Sweetgall' will include of two separate presentations. All area residents are welcome to one or both.
Nordic Walking 101: Building Muscle, Burning Fat with the Ultimate Total-Body Walking Workout
Motivation to Move: Five Great Physical Activities for Reducing Weight, Stress and Your Rate of Aging.
The first presentation will start at 6 p.m. and the second will follow at 7 p.m. The event will be held at the Menomonie High School Auditorium, 1715 5th Street West. During the first presentation, attendees will go outdoors for a Nordic walk with Sweetgall. The group will walk within the high school if the weather is poor.

'The Evening with Robert Sweetgall' is open to all ages, adults and children. Space is limited so registration is required. Go online, www.rcmc-mhs.org, or call 715-233-7464 to register. Call if you must cancel.
