As we press botanicals into paper to create greeting cards, we will explore the theme of "Transformation"—discussing how we can keep the best memories of our past while releasing the weight of the rest.

Through guided breathing and tactile art, we’ll move from the "chaos" of daily life into a space of creative peace. Come leave your mark and take home a piece of nature.

Lisa Traxler Bio:

Owner of Inside Out Transformations LLC, is passionate about  helping individuals navigate life's challenges and emerge stronger.  After overcoming obstacles in her personal and professional life, she understands the difficulty and potentially trauma associated with change. Her  mission is to walk alongside you during these transitions, ensuring you don't face them alone.  Lisa draws on her experience to help clients discover their inner truth, build self-esteem, and take decisive steps towards a fulfilling life.
