Tuesday, May 15 - Meat Samples Featuring: Das Bierhaus, Cut Rite Meat Shoppe and Downsville Meat Processors 

Wednesday, May 16 - Fish & Breads Samples Featuring: The Creamery Restaurant and Bullfrog Fish Farm 

Thursday, May 17 - Chocolate Samples Featuring: Legacy Chocolates and ConAgra Foods/Swiss Miss 

Friday, May 18 - Natural/Organic Samples Featuring: Raw Deal, Menomonie Market Natural Foods Co-op and The Creamery Restaurant
