Celiac Disease presentation at RCMC
Celiac disease is an intestinal disorder that causes your immune system to react to foods containing gluten. Following a lifelong gluten-free diet can help your body absorb needed vitamins, minerals and other nutrients and experience fewer Celiac disease symptoms. Area stores will also offer information about available gluten-free food options.
