COOKING CLASS - Sensational Sushi

Join guest chef, Henry Chan, to explore the delectable world of sushi. Henry is the owner of our local Shanghai Bistro and the new Asian fusion restaurant, Giapponese in Woodbury, MN. Henry will discuss the history, etiquette, purchasing & handling of sushi grade fish while demonstrating his art. We will also hear from an expert in Sake and a sample will be provided. As a group we will ?roll up our sleeves and roll up some sushi?. We will be making a basic veggie roll, fruit sushi, a simple California roll to name a few.
