Depression As A Teacher

Fall Equinox... the days are at their greatest change getting shorter quickly, raising, for many, internal signals that have been labeled depression. Wholeness Education teaches that this is a gift given to only the bravest and the strongest. So much of the pain experienced is from the judgment we inflict on ourselves and receive from others through belief systems. There are many gifts hidden in depression.
