Heart of the Farm Conference

The Eau Claire Heart of the Farm conference will be held on March 5, 2009 at the Florian Gardens in Eau Claire. The workshop sessions include:

¶      A financial records panel

¶      Value-added enterprises to consider for your farm

¶      Employee management/retention

¶      Business planning-things to consider as you consider expansion

A wine and cheese tasting will be conducted at the end of the day.
