Jay Collins Septet

A high energy jazz group the Jay Collins Sextet plays a mix of joyful and eclectic original tunes. The band is fronted by trumpet, alto and tenor saxophones, and is supported by piano, bass and drums. Collins wrote and arranged the group?s the 60?s blue note sound with the innovations of Thelonius Monk in mind.
