Lamaze
Lamaze-cerified instructors provide childbirth education and skill preparation in small groups that meet during six sessions on Mondays. The next session begins September 14. These classes are designed for expanding families in their seventh and eighth months of pregnancy. A feature of our Lamaze class is a reunion for the parents, babies and instructors; a chance for you to see each other, share birth experiences and receive an infant masage demonstration.
