Stress is one of the top causes of injury and disability claims in the workplace. It also causes burnout in our jobs which leads to a non productive work force. We all want a high performing staff. Performance translates to knowing our people's potential and getting rid of interferences that do not allow them to use it. What are some interferences that we encounter that cause life and work to be out of balance? What are you spending your time on? Things you can control or things you can't control? In this session you will explore how you spend your time and what attitudes you are allowing to control life.
