For years, we have been taught to think that “smart “people make the best leaders. However, have you considered what kind of “smart”? This workshop will show you the difference between the smart as in IQ and the smart as in Emotional Intelligence. In this workshop, you will learn what your emotional intelligence quotient is, how to recognize your emotions and others, and how to manage your emotions in order to become a more effective leader as well as being at an advantage in any domain of life.

Kari is also a facilitator of the North American Leadership Academy held locally two times a year. Kari assists organizations in assessing their culture, personalizing strategic plans and implementing ideasfor high performance. Kari has involved audiences throughout the United States, England and European leadership development.
