Members of the panel are: Dr. Crispin Pierce a UW-EC professor who is researching silica dust from sand mines, and he will be accompanied by James Fay a senior environmental public health major; Dr. Ron Koshoshek is a retired prof. of Ethics from UW-EC. He helped negotiate the sand mine agreement for the Town of Howard and he has extensive natural resource background; Rich Budinger is the regional manager of WI Industrial Sand (Menomonie Mine); and Tom Woletz is a DNR water specialist from EC.
The panel members will each do a 15 minute presentation that will be followed with questions and comments.
