The Window Pains Project

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month. Students from UW-Stout are sponsoring an event in support of SAAM. A community walk will be held on Saturday April 30th at 2:00 pm at Acoustic Cafe. Many of the downtown businesses have donated their window space to display artwork. This artwork is original and portrays a message of empowerment against sexual assault. At 2, there will be an opening ceremony, and from there, all who attend will join together as a community and walk the path of the downtown windows. After completing the loop, the walk will end at Acoustic where the closing ceremony will be held.
