Eau Galle Cheese Factory has been in the Buhlman Family since 1945. The state-of-the-art plant produces more than 9 million pounds of Parmesan, Asiago and Romano cheeses each year using locally sourced milk. Our recent awards include gold and bronze medals at the 2013 United States Cheese Championship contest and also a Silver medal at the World Cheese Championship Contest. Squeaky fresh cheddar cheese curds, made on sight, can be purchased in our retail store. Also, available for sale are fresh take and bake pizzas featuring Eau Galle's own three cheese blend.
