CVTC offers opportunity for professionals to learn grow lead

EAU CLAIRE – Chippewa Valley Technical College will again offer the Learn Grow Lead conference where administrative and business professionals come together to sharpen their skills, boost productivity, and leave with practical tools to transform their workplace.

The event will be from 7:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Wednesday, April 22, at CVTC’s Business Education Center. Business and administrative professionals are encouraged to attend.

The day will be packed with insightful keynote speakers, hands-on breakout sessions, and plenty of opportunities for networking.

Keynote speaker Renee Sommer, owner of At The Roots LLC, will explore how burnout shows up before it has a name, why endurance gets mistaken for resilience, and how workplace culture can quietly reward overextension.

Participants will also choose from a series of engaging breakout sessions covering everything from spotting misinformation and disinformation online, leading through uncertainty, safety culture, safe spaces, conversation competence, mental health, mindfulness and more. Whether looking to enhance communication skills, refine leadership strategies, or upscale digital literacy, participants will receive a well-rounded day of education.
