All Levels Yoga is an hour long class designed for yoga practitioners of all levels, even beginners. In All Levels Yoga we will start with the most gentle and simple version of each posture and build on that as you feel comfortable, making it easy for you to choose your own level of intensity during class. We will spend most of the hour going over yoga postures and breathing techniques as well as devoting about 10 minutes of our class to deep relaxation and guided meditation. Some mats will be provided, but if you have your own you’re encouraged to bring it. Wear something comfortable and bring something to drink along with you, and most importantly be prepared to relax and leave your expectations and stress at the door!
