Join us for the second annual Bridging Memories at Kamp Kenwood. This event is for those living with dementia and their family members. Find joy and humor in your journey by bridging memories together. A free and fun day! Pontoon rides, nature walks, fishing, lunch and many more assorted activities for all ages.
