The historic Heyde Center for the Arts will be the venue as we listen to local historians, naturalists, researchers and educators with facts and stories to share about the Chippewa River. Highlights include a live eagle program, invasive species and their impacts, a butterfly population update and the history of ferrying. Lunch will be catered by Lucy’s Delicatessen, and we will wind down from the week with good conversation, beverages from the bar, and music by Paul Tweed Band. Registration and full payment required by September 5.
