Chip Carving Workshop

Chip Carving Essentials Class (9 am to 4 pm with an hour for lunch) Learn the essential skills of chip carving. Marty's Chip Carving Knives will be provided for your use along with a practice board and materials to chip carve the box shown. The only thing you need to bring with your readiness to learn! You will learn how to prepare the wood surface, apply the pattern, and use all three chip carving knives. Proper technique will be emphasized and encouraged throughout this class. Knife sharpening will also be taught and demonstrated. $100 per person includes all materials. Preregistration deadline: March 8. Payment due at the time of registration.
