Continental Ballet's "The Nutcracker"

For her family-friendly version of The Nutcracker, director Riet Velthuisen presents a traditional staging of Tchaikovsky's classic holiday ballet except for one change: there is no battle scene. Instead there will be a friendly encounter with the mice rather than a battle.
