Sponsored by HyVee in Eau Claire. Learn from local Culinary experts from Chippewa Valley Technical college on food preparation and business planning. Students 6th-8th grade will gain skills from Junior Achievement lessons on creating a business plan, menu, logo and tagline for their very own food truck creation. You will have an opportunity to tour HyVee to get an insight into both the employee and customer view in their food court. The camp will wrap-up with the creation of a menu item that will be tested by local judges, and will include your food truck design, menu and budget. An opportunity to test your entrepreneurial cooking skills in a summer camp experience.
