Edible History

In this make-along class co-hosted by the Rassbach Museum and the Menomonie Market Food Co-op, you'll learn how to make and preserve a pomander -- a beautiful smelling, historic air freshener that has bee used throughout much of history, and was a popular gift during the Victorian era. Make your home smell lovely, or give them as a sophisticated gift!  While you make your pomander, there will be a presentation about their long history.
