Free Health Day

Choose from a selection of 10 medical exams or consultations and four-medical services- doctor exams, blood pressure checks, cholesterol and glucose screening, flu shots, medication consultations, dental assessments, eye exams, hearing assessments, chiropractic assessments, and mental health screening, plus financial coaching, oil changes, family photos, and haircuts. All services are free. A free lunch is available from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Services available on first come, first served basis and are subject to change. Sponsored by nine Menomonie area churches and co-sponsored in part by Mayo Clinic Health System.
