Free Health Day for Dunn County Residents

Choose from a selection of 10 medical exams or consultations and four non medical services- doctor exams, blood pressure checks, cholesterol and glucose screening, flu shots, medication consultations, dental assessments, eye exams, hearing assessments, chiropractic assessments, and mental health screening, plus financial coaching,oil changes, family photos, and haircuts. All services are free. A free lite lunch is available from 10:30am to 12:30pm. Services available on first com , first serve basis and are subject to change. Some services may require waiting for appointments. Some may fill up quickly. Sponsored by Menomonie area churches and co sponsored in part by Mayo Clinic Health System.
