It is the 3rd Annual ‘Ghosts of Dunn County’ Event! Admission - $5.00 for adults & $1.00 for kids Raffle - There will also be a raffle drawing throughout the night for a Halloween themed gift basket! The event will be held at the Russell J. Rassbach Heritage Museum, located at 1820 Wakanda St. (in Wakanda Park). Last years event was attended by over 400 people! This year will feature new interpretive ghosts and new investigations by the Johnsdale Paranormal Group! They will also speak on their investigation of the Mabel Tainter Theater, plus many others! Due to seating capacity restrictions, the event will feature two presentations by the Johnsdale Paranormal Group (same information). Each presentation will be capped off at 300 people. Tickets can be purchased at the Russell J. Rassbach Heritage Museum during normal museum hours (Until September 30th: Wednesday - Sunday, 10am - 5pm; after October 1st: Wednesday – Sunday, Noon – 4pm). Tickets can also be purchased over the phone via credit card. Visitors will purchase a ticket for either the 5pm or 8pm presentation by the Johnsdale Paranormal Group. This includes admission to the 'Ghosts of Dunn County' tour throughout the museum. The two presentations will be the same content for each presentation. If you plan to attend the 8pm presentation, you can arrive anytime after 6:30pm to purchase your ticket and take the ‘Ghosts of Dunn County’ tour. The Johnsdale Paranormal Group will present on the equipment they use during their investigations, as well as their findings of the Mabel Tainter Theater. Following the first presentation, tours through the museum to see the ‘Ghosts of Dunn County’ will begin. You will have the opportunity to hear ghost stories from residents of Dunn County, including a lumberjacking mishap and the Lynch Poltergeist. 5:00pm - 6:15pm: Johnsdale Paranormal Group Presentation 6:30pm - 7:45pm: ‘Ghosts of Dunn County’ Museum Tour 8:00pm - 9:15pm: Johnsdale Paranormal Group Presentation This is a perfect event for anyone looking to get into the Halloween spirit! his is a collaborative effort between with the Dunn County Historical Society, Mabel Tainter Center for the Arts, & Johnsdale Paranormal.
