For the cost of a beverage, meet scientists at your favorite hangout! This month features Jon Christiansen, Headbrewer of Lucette Brewing Co., Ryan Verdon and Eric Rykal avid local home brewers.
They will cover all brewing ingredients including; malted barley, hops, water, yeast. As well as talk about general brewing history and local/Wisconsin brewing history. And since Lucette Brewing Company is right here in Menomonie they will share about Lucette too.
