Maple Syrup Sunday
Want to learn how maple syrup is made? BCR wants you to bring the family to explore the tradition of maple sugaring with a guided tour of the sugar bush. Here, you will learn about which trees to tap and how it is done. The program covers from tapping the trees to boiling the sap into syrup. This program won't end until you get a taste of fresh maple syrup over ice cream to have a sweet ending to your day. Yum! *Registration and full payment required by Mar. 26, 2014
