Mindful Meditation

Fridays at 12:15 at the Menomonie Public Library. Sponsored by the Menomonie Public Library, Mayo Clinic Health System and presented by Theresa Krueger of Being Human Yoga. Spending even a few minutes in meditation can reconnect you with a sense of calm and inner peace. Anyone can practice meditation. It?s simple, inexpensive and doesn?t require any special equipment. You can bring mindfulness to any of your daily activities? out for a walk, waiting at the doctor?s office or even in the middle of a difficult business meeting.
