Moon Tree Dedication

In 2022 NASA's Artemis I mission carried a surprising cargo: tiny tree seeds. On their return NASA grew the seedlings and then reviewed hundreds of applications from organizations that wanted to plant a "Moon Tree" in their community.

The Dunn County Historical Society was chosen to plant a Moon Tree. We believe we are the first in Wisconsin to receive one.

The tree has been planted on the museum grounds of the Rassbach Museum.  HS Fence, Fall Creek, sponsored a protective 4-foot fence around the tree as required by NASA.

This is a remarkable addition to the area, and we'd like you to join us to celebrate. The dedication event is free and open to everyone.
