This is a motivating and inspiring journey to less stress through movement and meditation. Each week, we will focus on one of 5 themes as we work towards building physical and mental resilience through breath-work, poses, and guided meditation. 5 week series // All levels welcome **Please register in advance** Week 1: Gratitude Week 2: Higher Power & Purpose Week 3: Compassion Week 4: Forgiveness Week 5: Acceptance Choose from Tuesday mornings (7am), Thursday afternoons (4pm) or come to a single session that suits your schedule.
