Summer Wild Edibles

Join a Beaver Creek naturalist for a taste of some summer’s wild edibles. We’ll take a hike and look for some common, easily-identifiable, wild edible plants. We’ll nibble a few things as we hike, and then sample some cooked greens and a wild beverage or two! A list of some plants to try and their use will be provided. Come and join us for a taste of summer from the wild! Registration and payment required by July 24.
