Whiskey 101

School is back in session! Join us for our first class of the season: Whiskey 101. The Master craftsman from the 45th Parallel Distillery will be teaching you all about whiskey; how it's made, how to drink it, and what differentiates it from other spirits. You will sample 4 of their whiskeys: Rye, Wheat, Bourbon, and Cask Strength Rye. Each of these whiskeys will be accompanied with perfectly paired food items from Chef Graves. As a special treat, you'll finish with Protest, a California red blend wine from Chateau Diana that is aged in whiskey barrels. This is a ticketed event and our classes sell out quickly! Tickets can be purchased at The Duke & Dagger Monday-Saturday from 11am-close.
