Maintenance Mechanic
Job Duties: This position is responsible for daily operation, maintenance and repair of assigned academic buildings, preventative maintenance, building checks, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs. This position will interact with students, faculty, and other campus staff. This position to follow safe work practices, follow industry standards for maintenance/repairs, have good communication and record keeping skills.
