Eau Galle Cheese
Eau Galle Cheese Factory has been in the Buhlman Family since 1945. The state-of-the-art plant produces more than 9 million pounds of Parmesan, Asiago and Romano cheeses each year using local milk. Recent awards include gold and bronze medals at 2013 United States Cheese Championship contest. And received a Silver medal at the World Cheese Championship Contest.
Our retail store offers a large selection of Wisc. cheeses as well as local wines, sausages, syrups and honey. There is also a large gift, collectible and Christmas shop that you won't want to miss.
