Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Reports To: Board Chair and Executive Committee
Position Type: Full time, salary, exempt
Compensation: Annual salary of $75,000 to $85,000, based on qualifications and experience. In addition, the Chamber provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, retirement plan, health, dental, and vision insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, and other benefits.
Location: On-site
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. This position includes required meetings and events outside of standard business hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Position Overview:
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) serves as the strategic and operational leader of the Menomonie Area Chamber & Visitor Center, responsible for advancing the organization’s mission, vision, and long-term impact.
Working in partnership with the Board of Directors, the CEO contributes to the development of the organization’s strategic direction and is responsible for executing the strategic plan through effective leadership, resource management, and staff oversight. The CEO ensures alignment between the Board’s vision and organizational operations, driving measurable outcomes across all programs, events, and initiatives of the Chamber.
The CEO serves as the primary representative of the organization and plays an active leadership role in the community through partnerships, committee involvement, and regional engagement.

This position requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis and up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis. Local travel to meetings and events is required. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
