Director of Operations and Human Resources

The Dunn County Humane Society is seeking to fill a newly created position of Director of Operations and Human Resources. 
This position will ensure efficient operation of all organizational activities including animal welfare programs, fiscal management, staff supervision 
and community engagement.  This position will work closely with the Board of Directors to fulfill DCHS's mission.  The ideal candidate will 
possess a bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, business administration or a related field (or equivalent experience); minimum of 
5 years in nonprofit leadership, preferable in animal welfare or related sectors and strong financial management, budgeting and personnel 
supervision experience. 

This is a full-time, exempt position, some evenings and weekends are required for events and emergencies. 
Salary range of $45,000+ commensurate with experience.
